There is a 9 mm signal void stone in the proximal aspect of the right Wharton's duct. (the duct can by identified as a bright linear structure originating from the anterior aspect of the submandibular gland, and coursing anteriorly along the floor of mouth on the T2 images). There is resulting ipsilateral submandibular gland enlargement, increased T2 signal, and hyperenhancement consistent with sialadenitis.
