Acute sialadenitis: as enhancing, enlarged right submandibular gland secondary to stone in the ductal papilla. The right Warton’s duct passes between myelohyoid and hypoglossus to open in submandibular papilla appears dilated. Note the density of the opposite normal submandibular gland is near muscle density.
