Anterior communicating artery aneurysm

Presentation

Bitemporal hemianopia.

This small berry aneurysm projecting inferiorly from the ACOM had pushed into the optic chiasm (not shown) causing a bitemporal hemianopia, similar to that seen in pituitary lesions.
