Arteriovenous malformation - cerebral

T2 axial imaging demonstrates numerous serpiginous flow-voids consistent with a very large right-sided arteriovenous malformation (AVM).

DSA (angiography)

Angiography demonstrates arterial supply from both internal carotid arteries and posterior circulation (only left ICA injection shown).
