Concha bullosa - bilateral

Age: Adult
Gender: Male

Single coronal CT section through the paranasal sinuses demonstrates aeration of both middle turbinates, more so on the right, with slight nasal septal deviation towards the left. The sinuses are well aerated and there is no evidence of acute of chronic sinusitis.

Case Discussion

Features are those of bilateral concha bullosa.
