Palpable, firm, non-tender subcutaneous lump in the region of the right clavicle

A hypoechogenic, circumscribed solid mass showing a layered appearance is visible superficially. Note that the dermis appears thinner adjacent to the lesion suggesting that the mass is connected to it. Power Doppler US shows no increased vascularity (note that most of the apparent speckled signal is actually noise arising in the near-field).
The lump was surgically resected, postoperative histology classified it as an epidermal inclusion cyst.
