Bilateral prominent fatty tissue of breast with no detected glandular tissue.

Ultrasound

Bilateral prominent fatty tissue of breast with no detected glandular tissue.

Case Discussion

Pseudogynecomastia is commonly seen in obese people caused by benign diffuse proliferation of normal fatty tissue but no developed glandular parenchyma.
