Pathway Overview
Audio transcript

Welcome to this learning pathway exploring the radiographic interpretation of the shoulder. My name is Andrew Murphy. I am a Senior Editor at Radiopaedia and I will be guiding you through this course. I have created this learning pathway to appeal to a broad audience, from radiology trainees to radiographers. This pathway is split into anatomical sections and explores, in detail, the common fractures and complications of shoulder injuries one would encounter in the Emergency Department. It includes personally annotated cases and case videos. To ensure you are retaining what you learn, there are review quizzes throughout, with a large multi-case review quiz to finish, complete with individually annotated answers. Upon completion of this course, you should be able to approach your shoulder radiographs with confidence, equipped with a more thorough understanding of both the typical injuries of the shoulder and the mechanisms that often lead to them.
