Andrew Murphy ◉
Andrew is an Australian trained radiographer based in Vancouver Canada. He has a masters degree in Medical Imaging Science specialising in radiographic image interpretation.
In his spare time, Andrew is involved in research exploring team-based emergency radiology, image reconstruction in computed tomography, workplace culture change, and artificial intelligence in medicine.
Andrew works closely with both the Australian Society of Medical Imaging and Radiation Therapy (ASMIRT) and the Canadian Association of Medical Radiation Technologists (CAMRT) to advance the profile of the radiography profession. He is currently an editorial board member of the Journal of Medical Imaging and Radiation Sciences and is leading the artificial intelligence council of the CAMRT Professional Practices Advisory Council.
